Peter Fraser has exhibited extensively in the UK, Europe and United States. His solo exhibitions include The Photographers' Gallery; London (2002), Deep Blue at Ffotogallery and touring, Cardiff, Cambridge Darkroom and Stephen Friedman Gallery (1997-98); Ice and Water at St Louis Museum of Art and Cornerhouse, Manchester (1995), and Towards an Absolute Zero at Watershed, Bristol (1988). He has participated in group exhibitions worldwide including Rooseum, Malmo, Sweden; Contemporary Art Centre, Vilnius, Lithuania, Sprengel Museum, Hanover, Germany, Rijksmuseum Twenthe, Enshcnde Holland and the Victoria and Albert Museum, London. His work is included in many national and international collections including Arts Council England, Arthur Andersen, British Council, St Louis Museum of Art, Siemens, Victoria and Albert Museum, London and Washington University Art Gallery. In 1999 he was awarded a grant from the EPSRC (Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council) to work in the Physics and Applied Physics Department of Strathclyde University.
